Successful First Kick Off Meeting for the Re Cap-Tile Project

On July 31, 2024, the Re Cap-Tile project held its inaugural Preliminary Kick Off Meeting online, with all partners in attendance. The meeting was organized into technical and administrative sessions to set the stage for effective collaboration.

Technical Session

The technical session began at 9:00 AM with a project overview by Mario Cunial, Project Coordinator at ICP. Partners, including SMAC, UNIVPM, CNR, BGTEC, and ATER, presented their roles and responsibilities. M. Cunial also discussed the workplan and deliverables for the first six months. Stefania Melandri from Warrant Hub S.p.A. covered dissemination and indicator monitoring before an open discussion.

Administrative Session

The administrative session, starting at 11:40 AM, featured Warrant Hub S.p.A. discussing contractual and financial topics. A Q&A session addressed administrative queries. The meeting wrapped up at 1:00 PM with final remarks from M. Cunial. The event successfully aligned expectations and set the groundwork for the Re Cap-Tile project’s future progress.
