On October 23-24, 2024, the LIFE CAPT-TILE project consortium gathered for the M5 Plenary Meeting at Industrie Cotto Possagno in Possagno (TV). This meeting marked the first in-person gathering for all project partners, allowing them to strengthen their teamwork and discuss upcoming steps for the project’s future.
The meeting opened with a welcome and project overview from Mario Cunial, Project Coordinator and representative of Industrie Cotto Possagno. Over the two days, participants presented progress across specific technical areas, including system optimization, implementation of a pilot plant for tile production, mockup creation for monitoring, and demonstration of best practices in sustainability and replicability.
The event also included a visit to the Canova Museum, providing a cultural moment that further reinforced the cohesion among project partners.
This meeting represents a key milestone for LIFE CAPT-TILE, as it enables partners to coordinate and establish a shared strategy for the coming months, aiming to implement innovative solutions for CO₂ capture and environmental sustainability within the building materials sector.
