On Tuesday, November 12, 2024, the LIFE CAPT-TILE project participated in the “Clay Tile Roof Coverings” webinar, organized by Formazione.architettiroma.it in collaboration with Confindustria Ceramica.
The event aimed to explore the performance features of clay tile roof coverings, a vital technology for mitigating urban heat and providing “passive cooling” for buildings.
Project coordinator Mario Cunial and Professor Marco D’Orazio, academic project partner, discussed LIFE CAPT-TILE’s contributions to these sustainability solutions, emphasizing energy reduction and climate control benefits.
